Configuring Parameters in the Connect Distributor Portal

Configuration parameters need to be configured with correct values to ensure the proper functioning of the connector. In order to populate the configuration parameters with the correct values, complete the following steps:

1. Log in to the CloudBlue Connect Distributor Portal.
2. Click Products in the main menu at the top of the page and then select Dropbox.
3. Click Configuration.
4. Assign the proper value to each the parameters in the following table.

Parameter ID	Suggested Value
app_key	Dropbox API key for production environments.
app_key_test	Dropbox API key for test environments.
app_secret	Dropbox API secret for production environments.
app_secret_test	Dropbox API secret for test environments.
contract_owner	Provide the reseller ID that was provided to you during the onboarding process with Dropbox. If you do not know your reseller Id, contact Dropbox for more information.
offline_mode_list	Provide the ID(s) for the asset(s)/subscription(s) that will be processed in offline mode (when suspend and cancel requests will be approved without sending such changes to Dropbox). For example: ["AssetID-1","AssetID-2", "ExternalID-1"]
