Dropbox Connect 3.2 Release Notes

Introduction

This document describes the fixed issues and known limitations of Dropbox CONNECT 3.2.

Fixed Issues

  • When performing an import, the Dropbox team will be first migrated to the API before proceeding with other operations, if the team is manually billed.

  • Imports are now only allowed for active Dropbox teams.

Known Limitations

  • When upgrading or downgrading to a different Dropbox plan, in CBC the number of licenses will be reset to the default value, unless the user who performs the upgrade or downgrade specifies the number of licenses that were ordered before such upgrade or downgrade.

  • CBC does not provide full capabilities to support the automatic conversion of Dropbox trial plans to a paid version, so the customer will need to place and upgrade the order to the paid Plan, which will be kept in pending status and will not be provisioned until the end date of the trials plan.

  • The log-in action button functionality is not supported in the direct sales model.
