Dropbox Connect 3.4 Release Notes
Introduction
This document describes the enhancements and known limitations of Dropbox CONNECT 3.4.
Enhancement
-
COAD-4182. The connector no longer sends a delete request to Dropbox, only a cancel request when a subscription is canceled.
Fixed Issues
-
SUPSCIT-3063. We fixed an issue in tier validations, which occurred when the team names exceeded the maximum allowed length.
Known Limitations
-
When upgrading or downgrading to a different Dropbox plan, the number of licenses will be reset to the default value in CBC, unless the user who performs the upgrade or downgrade specifies the number of licenses that were ordered before such upgrade or downgrade.
-
CBC does not provide full capabilities to support the automatic conversion of Dropbox trial plans to a paid version, so the customer will need to place an upgrade order to the paid Plan, which will be kept in pending status and will not be provisioned until the end date of the trial plan.
-
The log-in action button functionality is not supported in the direct sales model.
