Dropbox Sign Connect Processor 4.0 Release Notes

Introduction

This document describes the fixed issues and known limitations of Dropbox Sign CONNECT 4.0.

New Features

• Dropbox Sign Web App is now supported:

  • Web APP SKUs and addons.

  • Scheduled changes and trial-to-paid conversions are performed with only one reschedule request until the team end date.

  • The scheduled changes and trial-to-paid conversion requires a planned date (planned_date) in the request body.

  • Autorenew status can now be changed.

  • Support for upsell and downsell in the same request during grace period.

Known Limitations

• Tier Config issues with PLM if 2T is present in the structure. Issue reported in PDI-2225. TC tier 2 should be created beforehand and converted from Draft to Pending by using Connect API.

• Trial to paid conversion needs to be done to the same SKU without any other changes, and it should be done manually. Auto-conversion must not be configured, as this is not supported by the connector.

• Dropbox does not support purchasing a Standard or Premium annual plan for a Dropbox Sign product with a the addon "Paid Support (L2) for Dropbox Sign (License-based)", as the API responds with an error when trying to purchase this combination.

• Addons should not be configured, as some issues may occur with PLM (to be investigated).

• Performing a switch plan with the resource mapping will result in the sum of the selected licenses in CBC versions lower than 21.12. OA-34656 and OA-34781
