Introduction

This document describes the new features and limitations of Google Cloud CONNECT 8.0.

New Features

Google Cloud CONNECT 8.0 introduces the following new feature:

  • The connector now supports multiple billing accounts, which will allow providers to separate pricing and billing for each of them. This has been implemented by introducing additional items representing different billing accounts, which will allow a different configuration for each billing account through parameters with Item x Marketplace scope. This will allow distributors to create different service plans based on such items, with the required billing account details.

Limitations

  • The connector will not support dynamic validation for multi-billing accounts.

  • Multi-billing mode is only supported for the direct business model.
