Creating a Report of Google Workspace Subscriptions
A new report template is available, which allows you to obtain reports containing a list of Google subscriptions along with the Google account Id and Google domain. This report will help you to reconcile and take corrective actions when a misalignment is detected.
Adding the Custom Report Template to CloudBlue Connect
Before creating the report, it is necessary to add the repository containing the Google report template to CloudBlue Connect. To do this, complete the following steps:
-
In the Distributor portal, go to Home > Account > Reports.
-
Click the Repositories tab, click Add Repository and enter the following GitHub repository URL containing the report template:
https://github.com/cloudblue/google-workspace-connect-report
-
Select the tag corresponding to the latest version.

Select the transaction type (test or production). Click Next.
-
Select only one marketplace. Click Next.

Select the status of the subscriptions to be included in the report (active, suspended, terminating or terminated). Click Next.
-
Select the output format: XLSX, JSON or CSV. Once the report file is created, it will not be possible to change the output format. Click Next.
-
Enter the report name and, optionally, a description. Then, click Create.
Right after completing the wizard steps, you will see the report listed in the reports directory with the Deploying status. Once the status changes to Ready, you will be able to download the report. To do that, just click the report name and download the report file.
