Allowing Customers to Confirm the Validity of the Address
In some cases, an error may occur when validating the customer's address with Microsoft, which will cause the order to fail. To resolve cases like this, providers may allow customers to review and confirm the address provided.
To activate this feature, it is necessary to use the following parameter in the Connect Distributor Portal: permit_user_address_verification
When this feature is enabled, PARTNERS will be able to attest that the address of their customer is correct. Once the customer has confirmed the validity of the address, the confirmed address will be used in the provisioning process, which will continue normally.
