Immediate Change to a Higher Commitment

From the 20.0 release, NCE Microsoft 365 and Software processor supports immediate changes to a higher commitment of subscription term and billing term. Please note that this will have an impact on the expiration date of the subscription. The behavior of the term change will work as described below:

• When an offer is upgraded to a premium offer with the same commitment term, the upgraded subscription will have the same subscription start date as the original subscription.

• When an offer is upgraded to a premium offer with higher commitment term, the start date of the upgraded subscription will be the date on which the upgrade was performed.

• When an offer is upgraded to a higher commitment term (without changing to a new offer), the start date of upgraded subscription will be the date on which the upgrade was performed.
