Scheduling Subscription Billing Period Changes

You can schedule billing period changes for triennial subscriptions to take effect on the next billing date. For example, if you have a 3-year subscription billed monthly, you can switch to a yearly billing period—or vice versa—while keeping the overall subscription term unchanged (3 years).

These changes can be configured using the Special Upgrades Tool.
