Scheduling Subscription Billing Period Changes

Billing period changes can be scheduled to take place on the next billing date in triennial subscriptions. That is, if you have a 3-year subscription with a monthly billing period, you can change to a plan with a yearly billing period, or the other way round. The subscription period must remain the same (3 Years). This can be configured by using the Special Upgrades Tool. For additional information, see the following articles:
