Microsoft Audit Reports

The Microsoft Audit Report retrieves data directly from the Microsoft API, enabling you to verify whether the auto-renewal status and license counts in your CloudBlue Commerce subscriptions align with Microsoft’s records. It also supports CSP-to-NCE migration planning by providing the commitment end date for CSP subscriptions that will transition to NCE upon renewal.

Note: The report can be generated for one marketplace at a time and it can be configured to show data for a period of less than two months.

Report Insights

The report provides the following key information:

  • The auto-renewal status of NCE active subscriptions on Microsoft.

  • Number of licenses per subscription on both Connect and Microsoft.

  • Subscription creation dates on Connect and Microsoft.

  • Commitment end dates of CSP subscriptions on Microsoft.
