Microsoft Audit Reports

This report retrieves data directly from the Microsoft API, allowing you to check if the auto-renewal status and the license count in the CloudBlue Commerce subscriptions match Microsoft's records. It also supports CSP-to-NCE migration planning by providing the commitment end date of the CSP subscriptions that will be migrated to NCE upon renewal.

The report can be generated for one marketplace at a time and it can be configured to show data for a period of less than two months.

The report allows you to obtain the following information:

  • The auto-renewal status of NCE active subscriptions on Microsoft.

  • Number of licenses in each subscription on Connect and Microsoft.

  • Subscription creation date on Connect and Microsoft.

  • Commitment end date of CSP subscriptions on Microsoft.
