Microsoft Subscriptions Report for Cooper
A new report template is available for Microsoft, which allows you to generate reports containing detailed subscription data of all the Microsoft vendor account products.
The report includes data from Microsoft 365 active subscriptions corresponding to the last calendar month or the selected date range. The report allows you to obtain the following information:

The subscription ID, the status, and its anniversary date.

The product, item name, the MPN, and the license quantity.

The marketplace and tier information.

Microsoft domain, subscription ID, customer ID, and order ID.
Adding the Report Template to CloudBlue Connect
Before creating the report, it is necessary to add the repository containing the report template to CloudBlue Connect. To do this, complete the following steps:

In the Connect Distributor portal, go to Home > Reports.

Open the Repositories tab, click Add Repository and enter the following GitHub repository URL containing the report template:

Select the tag corresponding to the latest version.
Creating a Report
Once you have added the report template to CloudBlue Connect, you will be able to configure a report based on such template. To do this, complete these steps:

in Connect the distributor portal, Go to Reports > Directory and click Create Report.

Select the Microsoft Subscriptions Report for Cooper template. Review the description and click Next.

Select a date range for the report. If a period is not specified, the report will be created for the last calendar month.

Select the output format: XLSX, JSON or CSV. Once the report file is created, it will not be possible to change the output format.

Enter the report name and, optionally, a description. Then, click Create.
