Microsoft Missing Subscriptions Report

This report helps identify active Microsoft subscriptions that are either missing or marked as terminated in CloudBlue Connect. If any subscriptions are missing in Connect, you can use the Seamless Move tool to import them and ensure they are properly billed in CloudBlue.

Note: The report can only be created for one marketplace at a time and it can be configured to show data for a period of less than two months.

Adding the Report Template to CloudBlue Connect

Before creating the report, you must add the repository containing the report template to CloudBlue Connect:

  1. In the Connect Distributor portal, navigate to Home > Reports.

  2. Open the Repositories tab, click Add Repository and enter the following GitHub repository URL containing the report template: https://github.com/cloudblue/microsoft_reports

  3. Select the tag corresponding to the latest version.

Note: If any errors occur during the report generation, the root cause will be displayed in the Error details column.

Creating a Microsoft Missing Subscriptions Report

Once you have added the report template to CloudBlue Connect, you can create the report by following these steps:

  1. In the Connect Distributor portal, go to Reports > Directory and click Create Report.

  2. Select the Microsoft Missing Subscriptions template. Review the description and click Next.

  3. Provide a date range for the customer creation in Connect. The specified period must be less than two months.

  4. Select the transaction type (production or test).

  5. Select only one marketplace.

  6. Select the status of the Microsoft subscriptions: Active, Suspended or both.

  7. (Optional), Enter a Microsoft Customer ID or a Microsoft domain. If nothing is specified, the report will include the subscriptions matching the selected criteria.

  8. Select the Excel output data format.

  9. Enter the report name and, optionally, a description. Then, click Create.

Once it is created, the report will be available in .csv format.
