This is a Breaking Change on Monday 28-February-2022 - Action required by all CloudBlue Partners: The
sales_model
parameter must be configured for all the Microsoft products that you distribute. For further details, refer to the Distributor Portal Configuraton Guide or the Microsoft Partner Enablement Community.
Fixed Issues
-
An issue when rescheduling requests has been fixed. Now the processor will retry failed "create order" requests every 24 hours, when a "customer under review" error occurs for an NCE order.
Known Limitations

NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Changing the NCE order billing cycle is not supported.

NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Downsizing or changing the billing cycle in upgrades is not supported.

All Microsoft User-Based Products: End-User Management is not supported.

Changing the term duration is not supported for NCE products.
