NCE Microsoft 365 and Software - CONNECT 22.0 Release Notes

Introduction

This document describes the new features and known limitations of NCE Microsoft 365 and Software - CONNECT v22.0:

New Features

  • The processor now supports aligning new and renewed subscriptions with your term end dates. This new feature is called "coterminosity" and it will allow you to specify the End date Alignment for new and existing subscriptions.

Known Limitations

  • NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Changing the NCE order billing cycle is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-701.

  • NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Downsizing or changing the billing cycle in upgrades is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-701.

  • All Microsoft User-Based Products: End-User Management is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-715.
