Introduction

This document describes the fixed issues and known limitations of NCE Microsoft 365 and Software - CONNECT v24.1.1:

Fixed Issues

Orders will no longer be scheduled to take place on the day before the Microsoft renewal date to validate the renewal changes. In this version, orders will be scheduled to take place on the Microsoft commitment end date.

Known Limitations

• NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Changing the NCE order billing cycle is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-701.

• NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Downsizing or changing the billing cycle in upgrades is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-701.

• All Microsoft User-Based Products: End-User Management is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-715.
