NCE Microsoft 365 and Software - CONNECT 25.0.1 Release Notes

Introduction

This document describes the fixed issues, enhancements and known limitations of NCE Microsoft 365 and Software - CONNECT v25.0.1:

An issue was fixed where requests to change the plan period remained pending status due to an undefined constant.
New logic has been added pre-validate if the add-on is not available for sale. The dynamic order validation will now fail if the add-on selected is not available.
New logic has been added to manage the SOE qualification. Now if the SOE qualification fails with a "Conflict" error, the request will be scheduled to be retried again in 30 seconds.

If an imported NCE subscription has a promotion, the promotion id will be stored to be consumed by PLM.

NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Changing the NCE order billing cycle is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-701.
NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Downsizing or changing the billing cycle in upgrades is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-701.
All Microsoft User-Based Products: End-User Management is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-715.
