NCE Microsoft 365 and Software - CONNECT 26.0 Release Notes

Introduction

This document describes the new features, fixed issues and known limitations of NCE Microsoft 365 and Software - CONNECT v26.0:

The processor has been updated to adapt to recent changes implemented by Microsoft in the Update Customers Qualifications API. Now the education segment will need to be specified during the ordering process when purchasing a Microsoft Education offer. Additionally, when setting a GCC qualification, the processor will send the validation code in the API request payload.

An issue was fixed where special qualifications were not inquired in draft validations for items supporting overage.
A control for a new error code returned by Microsoft API has been added. Now if a wrong date is provided for co-terming, the purchase or change request will be failed.

NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Changing the NCE order billing cycle is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-701.
NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Downsizing or changing the billing cycle in upgrades is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-701.
All Microsoft User-Based Products: End-User Management is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-715.
