NCE Microsoft 365 and Software - CONNECT 27.1.2 Release Notes

Introduction

This document describes the new fixed issues and known limitations of NCE Microsoft 365 and Software - CONNECT v27.1.2:

New Features

  • The processor now supports changing the billing frequency independently (without having to change the subscription term) and such change will take effect on the next billing charge date by means of a scheduled change request.

    Note:
    - CloudBlue Commerce will be supporting this feature soon.
    - Billing frequency changes can only be performed for 3 year commit orders.

  • The dynamic validation is supported by the processor in partial upgrades.

    Note: There are upcoming improvements in the CloudBlue Commerce platform to support dynamic order validation for partial upgrade orders.

  • • The dynamic validation is supported by the processor in partial upgrade orders for new and existing subscriptions.

Enhancements

  • The number of EaaS services (DevOps) required to onboard NCE Microsoft 365 and Software products on Connect has been reduced from 8 to 3 in order to speed up and simplify the onboarding process.

Fixed Issues

  • An issue was fixed which caused change orders to fail when the item was not available for purchase.

  • Fixed issue that caused requests to remain in pending status when change request validations failed.

  • Fixed an error where the quantity used to verify an upsize change was the new quantity instead of the difference between the new quantity and the original.

Known Limitations

  • NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Changing the NCE order billing cycle is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-701.

  • NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Downsizing or changing the billing cycle in upgrades is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-701.

  • All Microsoft User-Based Products: End-User Management is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-715.
