Fixed Issues

SUPSCIT-2676. Suspend subscription requests will no longer be scheduled if the subscription is deleted. From now on, if the subscription is already suspended, deleted, expired or disabled, the current subscription status will be logged and the request will be approved.
Known Limitations

NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Downsizing in upgrades is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-701.

All Microsoft User-Based Products: End-User Management is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-715.

Auto-renewal changes will be ignored when they are made together with other changes.
