SUPSCIT-2725. The dynamic order validation for change requests will now consider the information of transfers to validate the request if the upgrade target offers are not available.

NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Downsizing in upgrades is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-701.

All Microsoft User-Based Products: End-User Management is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-715.
