Fixed Issues

SUPSCIT-2747. The connector was considering the
transaction_idparameter during the partial upgrade change validation, but currently that parameter is not received for Draft requests. From now on, thetransaction_idparameter will be validated only when processing partial upgrades.
Known Limitations

NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Downsizing in upgrades is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-701.

All Microsoft User-Based Products: End-User Management is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following Id: MAP-715.

Auto-renewal changes will be ignored when they are made together with other changes.
