Version 28.17.4 introduces targeted enhancements to improve validation logic during address verification.

XSUPSCIT-4111. Address validation rules have been enhanced to ensure that orders are only delayed or rejected when it is certain that the address would be deemed invalid by Microsoft, and the order would ultimately fail on their side. This precaution helps maintain order flow efficiency and minimizes unnecessary disruptions.
