Introduction

This document describes a fixed issue in NCE Microsoft 365 and Software - CONNECT v28.2.4:

Fixed Issue

  • CNNO-1891. We fixed an issue where the connector skipped the dynamic order validation and set the request to inquiring status in cases when an existing domain was selected with a customer that has not established a relationship with the Partner.

     

Known Limitations

  • NCE Microsoft 365 to Non-Qualified Commercial Customers: Downsizing in upgrades is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following ID: MAP-701.

  • All Microsoft User-Based Products: End-User Management is not supported by CloudBlue. This has been added to CloudBlue's roadmap and can be tracked with the following ID: MAP-715.

  • Auto-renewal changes will be ignored when they are made together with other changes.
