NCE Microsoft 365 and Software - CONNECT 28.4.1 Release Notes

Introduction

This document describes the fixed issues and known limitations of NCE Microsoft 365 and Software - CONNECT v28.4.1:

Fixed Issues

  • SUPSCIT-3135. A workaround has been implemented in the connector due to unexpected behavior in change requests and purchase requests when the MCA was already signed. The workaround consists of making it possible to skip the MCA directly signed with Microsoft and then request the customer to sign the MCA with the Partner. The workaround can be implemented on specific marketplaces (voluntary opt-in), as we have not observed this behavior in all the marketplaces. If the workaround is applied, the behavior will the following:

    • The purchase request will force the MCA in the dynamic order validation.

    • In change requests, the connector will send an email to the customer to request MCA acceptance with the Partner. As soon as the customer provides the MCA data and confirms, the connector will update the agreement and proceed with subscription changes.

Important: For additional details, see the announcement on the Microsoft Partner Enablement Community.
