Enabling Adobe Insights for Resellers
Once a Service Template for Adobe Insights and a Branding Service template have been created and configured in OSS (Operations), you must create the corresponding Service Plans in BSS (Billing). Below you will find the steps that need to be completed in BSS (Billing) for Adobe Insights APS to work as expected:
-
Create a Service Plan for Adobe Insights, which must use Adobe Insights Service Template that was created previously. To obtain information on how to configure a Service Plan, refer to the CloudBlue Commerce documentation.
-
The Adobe Insights Service Template and Service Plan must be configured as the delegated Service Template and Service Plan of the corresponding Branding Service Template. To do this, complete the following steps:
-
Go to Billing > Service Plans and select the Service Templates tab.
-
Click the corresponding Branding Service Template.
-
Click the Delegated ST tab and then click Add New Delegated Service Template.
-
Select the Adobe Insights APS Service Template and click Save.
-
Click the Delegated Plans tab and then click Add New Delegated Plan(s). Now select the Adobe Insights Service Plan you created previously and click Add Selected Item(s).
-
-
Make sure that a Branding Service Plan exists, which uses the Branding Service Template you configured previously.
-
After the delegation, it will be necessary to synchronize the reseller. Once it has been synchronized, the Adobe Insights option will be available to L1 resellers in UX1.
-
Finally, to be able to access Adobe Insights in UX1, it will be necessary to purchase the Adobe Insights service plan. L2 Resellers can purchase the service plan themselves once it is published in UX1. Alternatively, L1 resellers can also purchase the Adobe Insights on behalf of L2 resellers.
