Service Template Creation

For Adobe Insights to work as expected, the following service templates must exist:

• A Service Template for Adobe Insights containing the resources created previously.

• A Branding Service Template must exist. For Further information on how to create a Branding Service Template, refer to CloudBlue Commerce documentation. The Branding Service Template must include the Adobe APS Globals resource.

Follow the steps below to create a Service Template for Adobe:

1. In Operations, navigate to Products > Service Templates.
2. Start creating the new Service Template by clicking on Add New Service Template.
3. Configure the General Parameters.
   • Enter a Name.
   • Select the Autoprovisioning check box.
   • Set the Type option as Custom.
   • Click Next.

4. In the list of resource types, select the resource types created earlier and click Submit.

5. Set the limits accordingly for each resource.

   Insights application	Application Service Reference	unlimited	Hidden
   Insights tenant	Application Service	unlimited	Hidden

6. Click Next, and then click Finish.

7. Open the newly created Service Template and click Activate in the General section.
