Discount Advisor

The AWS Discount Advisor module allows you to see AWS refunds and AWS charges for the open and closed billing periods in a single dashboard. With this dashboard, you will be able to determine the actual refunds and charges retrieved from AWS CUR and then plan the discounts for resellers and customers accordingly.

The AWS Discount Advisor allows you to perform the following actions:

• View the open billing period charges for your downstream accounts.

• View customer and reseller-related discount rules for the different AWS charges.

• Calculate the customer and reseller cost dynamically, based on matching discount rules.

• Identify matching AWS refunds by AWS ID and service.

• Compare the actual AWS refund with the amount calculated by the discount rule.
