Prerequisites

Before you get started, please ensure your environment meets the following requirements:

• EST service plans must exist in the marketplace catalog — i.e. published plans whose name contains "Extended Service Term" (the EST counterparts of the NCE plans).

• A switch path must be wired from each NCE base plan to its EST plan (the plan's Upgrades / switch paths, set via PLM/PPR — it is read-only in the ServicePlan UI).

• Pricing must be configured for all EST plans.
