Microsoft Management Settings 3.0 Release Notes

Introduction

This document describes the new features introduced in Microsoft Management Settings v3.0:

COAD-3370. New API methods have been added to support the import of NCE orders by using the Seamless Move tool, which allows you to import Microsoft NCE subscriptions to the CloudBlue ecosystem. For additional information, see the Seamless Move documentation.

Note: The Seamless Move functionality requires the following product versions: Generic Seamless Move 1.1.0, Seamless Move APS 2.0. Additionally, Rating Engine must be enabled.
COAD-3981. A new API method has been added to send Azure budget notifications in MOME. The MOME application will call this new method to notify users when the configured budget is exceeded. To obtain more information about the Budget Control feature in MOME, refer to the MOME documentation for version 23.3 (not yet released at the moment of writing this document).

Subscriptions to be imported must be in active status.
Trial subscriptions cannot be imported.
Only Microsoft NCE subscriptions can be imported.
Only subscriptions whose auto-renewal is enabled can be imported.
Only subscriptions that do not have scheduled changes on the renewal date can be imported.
Only subscriptions without promotions can be imported.
Only subscriptions that do not exist on Connect can be imported.
The rating engine must be enabled to allow the migration of subscriptions.
