Fixed Issues

• SUPSCIT-4760. We have fixed an issue in the Seamless Move flow for Microsoft NCE subscriptions where certain co-termed subscriptions could not be transferred successfully. The date handling logic for co-termed Microsoft NCE subscriptions has now been corrected, so that migration requests comply with the billing system validation rules and the transfer is processed successfully.
