Introduction

This document describes the fixed issues in Microsoft Management Settings v5.0.3:

SUPSCIT-4812. We have fixed an issue in the Microsoft NCE Seamless Move (transfer out) flow that caused some transfers to fail with Microsoft error 1700: “The partner id <UUID> has no commerce relationship with the customer id <UUID>.” The workflow has been corrected so that the proper Microsoft customer ID is always used when calling the Partner Center. Transfers for customers with an existing commerce relationship are now processed successfully.
