Extending the Custom GDAP Relationship with Customers

Custom GDAP relationships with customers expire after the period defined in the request. However, you can now choose to extend the duration of the Custom GDAP relationship after expiration, for a default period of 180 days.

Note: GDAP relationships can only be auto extended if the Global Admin role is not included in the list of custom roles.

To do this, complete the following steps:

1. Go to the Integrations module in the CloudBlue Connect Distributor portal and click Extensions.

2. Click the Microsoft Management Settings extension and then click Open Settings > GDAP.

   Note: If the extension is already installed, you can also find it in your account settings (Settings > Microsoft Management Settings).

3. Click the Custom GDAP roles tab and select the Auto-extend Enabled checkbox.

   Note: The checkbox will only be available if the Global Administrator role is not included in the list of configured custom roles.
