Linking GDAP Email Templates to Email Notification Rules

All the GDAP email templates (new and existing templates) must be linked to an Email Notification Rule. GDAP templates that are not yet linked to an Email Notification Rule will have a red warning icon next to the GDAP template ID.

Once the Email Notification rule has been created, you must link it to the corresponding Custom GDAP template. To do this, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to the Settings module and click Microsoft Management Settings in the left menu.

  2. Click the GDAP tab.

  3. In the Custom GDAP Email Templates tab, click the ID of the template that you wish to link to an Email Notification Rule. You will have to do this for each of the existing templates with status Enabled.

  4. In the Notification Rule drop-down list, select the Email Notification Rule that you wish to link to the template.

    Once this configuration has been complete, the template will be sent to your customers when a GDAP relationship approval is required.
