Configuring the GDAP Request Email Template

The Microsoft Extension Service allows you to configure the email message that will be sent to request a granular admin relationship with customers. The first step consists of installing the extension in the CloudBlue Connect distributor portal. Once installed, you will be able to:

• Configure a default GDAP template, which will be used when a custom GDAP email template is not available for a particular marketplace.

• Configure custom GDAP templates for each marketplace (country), which may be localized to different languages and contain links to local web assets or custom support information for each country.
