Enabling Seamless Move for Resellers

Once a Service Template for Seamless Move has been created, you must create the corresponding Service Plans in BSS (Billing).

Important: The Service Plan must not contain any resources.

The service plan must be made available to resellers, delegating it if necessary.

Finally, to be able to access Seamless Move in UX1, it will be necessary to purchase the Seamless Move service plan. L2 Resellers can purchase the service plan themselves once it is published in UX1. Alternatively, L1 resellers can also purchase the Seamless Move on behalf of L2 resellers.
