Introduction

This document describes the new features and known limitations of Generic Seamless Move v2.1:

New Features

• COAD-4381. Now indirect resellers are not allowed to choose whether they wish to create the billing order in the current billing period or in the next billing period. In this version, the billing order will always be created in the current billing period for indirect resellers.

• COAD-4304. The performance has been enhanced by introducing new and redesigned API endpoints in Seamless Move for Microsoft.

Known Limitations

• Subscriptions to be imported must be in active status.

• Trial subscriptions cannot be imported.

• Only Microsoft NCE subscriptions can be imported.

• Only subscriptions without scheduled changes on the renewal date can be imported.

• Only subscriptions without promotions can be imported.

• Only subscriptions that do not exist on Connect can be imported.

• Importing co-termed subscriptions is not supported. (PFR-6756)
