Introduction

This document describes a fixed issue in Generic Seamless Move v2.1.1:

Fixed Issues

• SUPSCIT-3415. We solved an issue that was causing duplicated lines to be displayed when importing Adobe subscriptions with extended terms, which is not currently supported.

Known Limitations

• Subscriptions to be imported must be in active status.

• Trial subscriptions cannot be imported.

• Only Microsoft NCE subscriptions can be imported.

• Only subscriptions without scheduled changes on the renewal date can be imported.

• Only subscriptions without promotions can be imported.

• Only subscriptions that do not exist on Connect can be imported.

• Importing co-termed subscriptions is not supported. (PFR-6756)
