Generic Seamless Move 5.1.0 Release Notes
Introduction
This document describes the new features in Generic Seamless Move v5.1.0:
New Features
-
COAD-4611 / COAD-4715. Seamless Move for NCE Microsoft 365 and NCE Azure now supports outbound transfers. Partners can approve these transfers directly within the tool. Once a transfer reaches Completed status, partners should proceed by creating offline cancellation orders for the associated subscriptions. For additional information, see the Microsoft Transfers documentation.
Known Limitations
-
Subscriptions to be imported must be in active status.
-
Trial subscriptions cannot be imported.
-
Only Microsoft NCE subscriptions can be imported.
-
Only subscriptions without scheduled changes on the renewal date can be imported.
-
Only subscriptions without promotions can be imported.
-
Only subscriptions that do not exist on Connect can be imported.
-
CNNO-2424. Importing subscriptions of different Microsoft specialized offers may result in an empty Tier Config that will require manual intervention to provide the indirect reseller domain in the Connect Tier Config request. This has been identified as a known limitation.
-
Seamless Move for Azure does not currently support PLM-based deployments. Azure Seamless Move only works on installations where Azure Service Plans are based on the Connect Extension, not PLM.
-
Seamless Move for Azure does not currently support importing or transferring Azure Reserved Instances or Azure Savings Plans.
For additional information, see the Seamless Move prerequisites.
