Requirements

Before starting the migration, ensure that the requirements in this section are met.

Component Requirements

• Migration in New Subscription Mode

  • CloudBlue Commerce:

    • 20.5

    • 21.5 or later

  • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) 1.1-1237 or later

• Migration in Switch Plan Mode

  • CloudBlue Commerce 21.5 or later

  • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) 1.1-1237 or later

  • Rating Engine 1.8-2965 or later

Application Requirements

One of these applications must be installed:

• Microsoft 365 20.3.2-39 or later

• O365_APS2 6.2-1389 or later

Cloud MN Requirements

• A cloud management node (a cloud MN) is prepared as described in this guide. The recommended resource requirements for that cloud MN:

  • CPU: 4 cores or more

  • RAM: 8 GB or more

• The version of poaupdater corresponds to the version of your CloudBlue Commerce installation.

• Connections from the cloud MN to the OSS XML-RPC, BSS XML-RPC, and APS REST APIs are allowed.

• Connections from the cloud MN to the oss database are allowed.

• Python 2.7.5 or a later 2.7.x version is installed on your cloud MN.

• The requests Python module is installed on your cloud MN.
