Getting Microsoft 365 Subscription Expiration Dates - Microsoft 365 Service Providers APS

This section describes the deployment and output of a script that can be used to obtain the list of the Microsoft 365 CSP subscriptions that can be migrated to Microsoft 365 NCE, based on the subscription commitment end dates.

Note: This script can only be used for the Microsoft 365 package for Service Providers and not for the O365_APS2 package.

The script obtains the commitment end dates of each CloudBlue Commerce Microsoft 365 subscription from Microsoft and generates the following .csv files:

• subscription.csv: It includes the Microsoft subscription ID, the CloudBlue Commerce subscription ID and account ID, the Microsoft commitment end date and the status. This information can be used to obtain the list of CSP subscriptions that need to be migrated to NCE based on the commitment end date obtained from Microsoft.

• subscription_errors.csv: It includes the list of subscriptions for which it was not possible to obtain the Microsoft commitment end date.
