Configuring the Instance Global Settings

At this point, it is necessary to edit the application instance to configure the following global settings:

  1. In the provider control panel, go to Services > Applications.

  2. Click Microsoft Online Management Extension.

  3. Click on the application instance and then click Edit to configure the following application settings:

  • Reports Endpoint: URL of the Azure function App endpoint from which the list of reports is retrieved. This needs to be provided by the Operations team at CloudBlue.

  • Sync margin Endpoint: Azure function endpoint that will receive the Azure NCE margins sent by MOME, which must be provided by the Operations team at CloudBlue.

  • Azure budget Insights Endpoint: URL of the Azure function App endpoint from which the current usage is retrieved, which must be provided by the Operations team at CloudBlue.

  • Azure access token for hub: Access token for the Hub, to be provided by the Operations team at CloudBlue.

  • Hub ID: Connect Hub ID corresponding to the CloudBlue Commerce instance. For example, HB-0000-0000.

  • Grant Consent text for resellers: It allows you to customize the text that will be displayed on the grant consent page for resellers.

  • Grant Consent text for customers: It allows you to customize the text that will be displayed on the grant consent page for customers.

  • Azure Functions Code: Security code required to communicate with the Azure Functions. This needs to be provided by the Operations team at CloudBlue.

  • MPN: MPN of the item in the Azure NCE connector: AZURE

  • Vendor ID: Connect vendor ID, for example, VA-000-000.

  • Azure usage reports download link service url: URL of the Azure function APP endpoint from which the usage report download links are retrieved. This needs to be provided by the Operations team at CloudBlue.

  • Usage Report Enabled: The usage reports functionality will only be enabled if this checkbox is selected.

  • Certificate file: Certificate file in .pem format required to establish a connection with the Azure Usage Function apps. This certificate needs to be provided by the Operations team at CloudBlue.

  • Certificate key file: Certificate key required to establish a connection with the Azure Function apps. This certificate needs to be provided the Operations team at CloudBlue.

  • Email service endpoint: The endpoint of the Microsoft Management Extension which will be in charge of sending the budget alerts by email.

  • Connect Token: Connect token required to establish communication with the endpoint of Microsoft Management Extension.

  • Jwt Secret for email service: A 32-character-long secret for creating the JWT secret. This secret must be the same as the one configured in Microsoft Management Extension. Otherwise, the JWT will not be readable.

  • Email subject: Subject of the budget alert emails.

  • Email content: Content of the budget alert emails.

  • Marketplace ID: Comma-separated list of marketplace IDs that will be considered when retrieving the usage.
