A new tab named PlanSwitchPaths is available in the PPR, where PCC defines whether partial upgrades are allowed or not, based on certain rules. A partial upgrade occurs when only some of the licenses of a basic plan are upgraded to a premium plan. To prevent an expiration date mismatch between the original subscription to a basic plan and the new subscription to a premium plan, upgrades that imply changing to a longer commitment period are not allowed. In the following table you can see some examples:
Important: This new tab only supported by CloudBlue Commerce 21.9 or higher versions. If you are using a previous version, please remove this tab from the file.
