Deploying Odin Automation UI with Branding on Linux
Odin Automation supports the following deployment models for UI and branding:
-
UI and branding access point on Linux node (CentOS/RHEL 6,7), having access to FrontNet and BackNet (one-node deployment). This implementation of branding makes it independent from any type of shared hosting deployment.
- UI and branded access point on Cloud Linux web cluster (formerly, Cloud Linux web cluster NG), having access to FrontNet and BackNet (cluster deployment).
- UI and branded access point on Cloud Linux web server (formerly, Cloud Linux web server NG), having access to FrontNet and BackNet (one-node deployment).
All on-premise deployment models are shown on the scheme below.
UI and branding services (hereinafter referred to as "UI") are now hosted on a single node or cluster, a separate branding node is not needed.
Requirements for UI node:
- should be accessible from FrontNet as well as BackNet,
- IP pool with purpose Branding configuration should be assigned,
- should be marked as Ready to provide.
