This guide describes Odin Automation integration with custom services.
Custom (3rd-party) service: an external service that is not natively provided by Odin Automation. "Natively" means "via a module or component, implemented and supported by Odin". Custom services can also be defined as those sold and maintained by service providers themselves.
The integration approach is specifically aimed at in-house services deployed inside Provider's infrastructure, not at any cloud services. For integration with cloud services, please refer to the APS technology guide at www.apsstandard.org.
Note: Only Providers (not Resellers) can build integration with custom services. However, providers can delegate the configured service templates to Resellers (as described in Odin Automation documentation).
