Deploying UI on Web Cluster
UI can be deployed on top of web cluster. In this case it will be highly available and the load will be balanced between nodes.
Important: You must set the same time zone on all servers within the cluster, as set on Odin Automation management node. Time between the nodes should be also synchronized.
To deploy highly available Odin Automation UI on top of web cluster, do the following:
- Deploy a web cluster, following the instructions provided in Odin Automation Premium WebHosting Linux Deployment Guide >> Deploying Linux Web Hosting > Web Cluster Deployment Procedure section.
- Enable the UI service on a web server within the web cluster, following the instructions provided in Odin Automation Premium WebHosting Linux Deployment Guide >> Deploying Linux Web Hosting > Installing Additional Services > Enabling UI Service section.
The web server with the UI service activated will become Odin Automation UI node with branding.
Important: It is strongly recommended not to use the server acting as Odin Automation UI node for any other purposes.
