Note: The steps below are necessary only when you need to create a Component Cluster for the first time for an existing on-premise Odin Automation installation. For new on-premise deployments, this procedure is performed automatically during the Component Cluster creation.
To complete the creation of the Component Cluster for an existing Odin Automation installation (to be able to install platform extensions), perform the following additional steps:
- Deliver your Odin Automation distribution package into the
/root/directory of the host where your Odin Automation Management Node will be installed. -
Go to the directory where the Odin Automation distribution package is located. Run the following command as the root user:
python install.py --only-helm-install
