Before configuring offers, take into account the following restrictions and limitations:
- A vendor selling Office 365 services to customers must use Office 365 resources of one application instance.
- You must not include Office 365 resources of different Office 365 application instances in the same service template and service plan.
- You must not subscribe a customer account to Office 365 service plans of different Office 365 application instances.
- You must not create a new Office 365 subscription for a customer account and remove an existing Office 365 subscription of this customer account at the same time. We recommend that you do this step by step: remove an existing subscription, wait until the removal is completed, and create a new subscription.
Note that your Office 365 application will not work properly if these restrictions and limitations are violated.
