Conflict Statuses
Domain conflicts can have these statuses in CloudBlue Commerce:
- Needs attention: The conflict is in the active state.
- Resolved: The conflict was resolved automatically. CloudBlue Commerce can change this status to Needs attention automatically if the conflict emerges again.
- Resolved manually: The conflict was resolved manually. This status can only be changed to Needs attention manually. CloudBlue Commerce cannot change this status to Needs attention automatically if the conflict emerges again.
- Processing: Temporary status for a conflict in the active state. A conflict can receive this status after a user clicked Synchronize to Registrar in CloudBlue Commerce to synchronize the status manually. CloudBlue Commerce sends an asynchronous request to DomiNIC to synchronize the status and is now expecting a reply. For more information about manual conflict resolution see Managing Domain Data Conflicts Manually.
