- through CloudBlue Connect
- as described in CloudBlue Connect Custom Services Integration Guide.

Making a Service Available for Sale
To be able to sell a particular service, ensure that it is properly deployed and configured in your CloudBlue Commerce system as described in:
-
Deployment and configuration documentation for the chosen service
-
Documentation for third-party applications from CloudBlue Catalog.
Sales Channels You Can Use
You can sell your service offers to the following customer groups in the following ways:
- to existing online customers: in UX1 for Customers, where customers can log in and purchase additional services or change their current subscriptions.
- to new online customers: in UX1 Marketplace, where customers can create new customer accounts and purchase your service offers.
- to indirect customers: through resellers. For more information on how to configure a reseller network and sell through resellers, please refer to Getting Started With Resellers Guide.
- to customers who do not shop online: by placing orders on behalf of your customers in the Provider Control Panel or Customer Control Panel after agreeing on the terms of sale through your existing physical channels.
How to Create a Service Offer in CloudBlue Commerce
To be able to sell your service offers using CloudBlue Commerce, you must first create and configure the respective service plans. An important aspect of service offer management is choosing the right billing model at the beginning.
To create a service offer:
-
Choose a billing model.
-
Create necessary objects for service plan configuration (or make sure that there are such objects in your system):
-
a service template with the necessary parameters
-
a plan category with the necessary parameters
-
a sales category with the necessary parameters
-
a unique group with the necessary parameters
