New Hosted Exchange Service Plan

This section shows how to create a service plan based on Microsoft Exchange.

Note: The CloudBlue Commerce service template for Hosted Exchange should be created. For instructions refer to the CloudBlue Commerce Operations Provider's Guide, CloudBlue Commerce Hosted Exchange > Creating Service Template for Hosted Exchange.

To add the service plan:

1. Go to Products > Service Plans.
2. Click Add New Service Plan. The new service plan creation wizard starts.

3. Pass the further steps of the wizard: they are common with the ones of a generic service plan.

   Consider the following resource rates that would be useful in the plan:

   • A resource rate for maximum allowed mailbox size for each mailbox in the subscription.
   • A resource rate for public folders and public folder size.
   • A resource rate for e-mail domains.
   • A resource rate for additional Exchange e-mail storage.
4. When you are done, review the details of the plan to be created. If no corrections needed, click Finish.

Important: After you create a service plan, make it visible to customers and available for sale in the CloudBlue Commerce Online Store and Customer Control Panel.
